Welcome to Vela Finance! By using our WhatsApp-based finance tracking service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By sending messages to the Vela Finance WhatsApp number, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Vela Finance is a software service that allows you to track your personal and business finances by sending text, audio, and image messages via WhatsApp. We use Artificial Intelligence to parse these messages and organize your ledger.

3. Not Financial Advice

Vela Finance provides software for tracking expenses and revenues.We do not provide financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice.You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of the tracked transactions and for your own financial decisions.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will not:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Send malicious content, spam, or abusive messages to the bot.
  • Attempt to disrupt, degrade, or exploit the service's infrastructure.

5. Accuracy of AI Extraction

While we strive for high accuracy, the AI processing of your receipts, voice notes, and text may occasionally make mistakes. It is your responsibility to review and correct your ledger if necessary. We are not liable for any losses resulting from inaccurate data extraction.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vela Finance and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the service; (b) any errors or inaccuracies in the ledger.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes your consent to such changes.
